Petzl SEQUOIA PLUS Tree Climbing Harness
The Petzl SEQUOIA PLUS is a premium tree care sit harness built for expert arborists and production climbers. It combines a wide, rigid waistbelt and leg loops with sculpted, breathable 3D foam padding and a larger rear support pad, giving you support through long removals, heavy saw work and extended time in suspension.
What sets the SEQUOIA PLUS apart is its versatility. The wide front attachment points are gated, so you can swap bridges, change bridge materials or add a RING or SWIVEL without disassembling the harness. An integrated SRS ascent system connects directly to a KNEE GRAB knee ascender, ready for single rope technique climbing out of the box.

SEQUOIA or SEQUOIA PLUS?
Both harnesses share the same rigid waistbelt, 3D foam padding, FAST buckles and gear organization. The SEQUOIA PLUS adds three upgrades for climbers who want more flexibility: gated front attachment points for easy bridge changes and hardware, an integrated SRS ascent system for a KNEE GRAB, and a larger rear support pad. The Petzl SEQUOIA has closed front attachment points designed for knotted bridges, and adds SRS ascent through the optional KNEE ASCENT kit.
Customize your SEQUOIA PLUS
Fit SEQUOIA or other textile shoulder straps to the upper waistbelt, or convert the harness into a full body harness with the TOP chest harness using the rear buckle and RING M on the bridge. The front D-rings accept a work seat using shackles (not included). The rear of the waistbelt has a slot for a FIRSTAID pouch, an elastic band for other kits and a textile connection point for your chainsaw leash.
When your bridge wears, replace it with the sewn Petzl SEQUOIA Attachment Bridge, available in three color-coded lengths for the gated attachment points.
