Petzl BASIC Rope Clamp
The Petzl BASIC Rope Clamp is a very compact ascender, making it easy to grip for rope ascents. The wide lower attachment hole allows lanyard and foot loop carabiners to be easily connected. This is a versatile rope clamp that can be used to ascend a fixed rope or as progress capture in a hauling system. It also has a toothed cam with a self-cleaning slot to optimise performance under any conditions. The BASIC Rope Clamp is compatible with ropes of length 0.31'' to 0.43''.
